If 1 gold is one ounce of gold then no. The price would round up to $649,283.04 which is literally the same price of a house less or more depending on the location, size etc etc. BUT if 1 gold is as everyone is saying 5 grams then yeah, that would round up to $114,512 which is a fucking steal in today's economy. But if you do some research you'll find out that a normal gold coin is 31.105g or 1 Troy ounce. Which would round up the total coast of teh house to $712,379.152 making it noticeably more expensive. So, given the lack of information about how much is *One Gold* in pure weight, I'd say go for a normal contractor. Or just go to fucking West Virginia. God that was one Hella of a rant. But yeah, now you know.

Buy an acre of land, build a single door, cast leomund's tiny hut with permanency, cast create water with permanency on a sink/shower, and you are set for life. Just gotta figure out a toilet. Maybe another pocket dimension under a toilet? I guess you need that for the sink and shower too. Property taxes are low, though!
