So last year there was this group, I was in it, and a lot of the girls were Hispanic/latina. There was four Latinas, two Caucasians/white, and two mixed girls(I’m one of them.) I’m mixed with 🤎🇲🇽🇪🇸🇺🇸. But I’m a no sabo so I understand a little bit of it but I can’t speak it. And the other girl is just 🤎🇺🇸. So when the Mexican and Colombian girls taught the other three girls how to speak Spanish I left out. So I started asking my aunt, who’s fluent btw, and she tought me some Spanish. And one day, I went to school, and they were speaking Spanish, talking about me, in a bad way. And I stood up for my self in Spanish. And they all started laughing saying “im not a true Mexican…” 🥲🙃 so after that, later on. I showed the transfer student, (she’s Colombian,) my favorite song. It was Obsession by aventura. And I started to sing it and one of the Mexican girls came up and tugged on my hair and said, and I quote, “you’re not Mexican enough for that song..” I no longer speak with any of those girls and also one of the mexican girls got with my ex but that’s another story !! (I have screenshots of one of them apologizing..)
