@keith.crossley1: What if the parts of yourself you’ve always called your “personality” were actually learned survival strategies? From childhood, we begin studying the people around us without even realizing it. What gets me love? What gets me rejected? Which emotions are safe to express? Who do I need to become to feel accepted? Slowly, those answers become an invisible blueprint for how we move through the world. People pleasing. Fear of rejection. Needing approval. Shutting down emotionally. Hiding parts of yourself around others. They may feel like personality traits, but some of them could be adaptations you learned long before you were old enough to understand what was happening. And once you can see the blueprint, you can finally begin to question whether it’s still the life you want to live. #ChildhoodConditioning #Healing #PeoplePleasing #InnerChild #keithcrossley
