it's not about registering your child in an expensive school, just look for a good school where the child can be taught very well, for example my daughter is in primary 2 her tuition fee is 21k but i bet you no child in my area can compete with her even though they all attend expensive schools, like wise my son in play class he can write clearly on his own without any assistance, he can read and spell very well a little baby in play class.
