You really can’t be Jewish and not be a Zionist. All their Jewish prayers revolve around Jerusalem, Zion, Israel (Hear O’Israel, etc.), their Jewish holidays revolve around Israel (Hanukkah, harvest festival Sukkot, Passover, etc.) their language of Hebrew comes from Israel and Judiasm comes from Israel. To be Jewish and to reject Jewish history and traditions and origins is to not be Jewish. Why would you want to allow Israel to become yet another Muslim dictatorship state that oppresses Jews? Can you name one Middle Eastern country (other than Israel) that gives minorities, women, LGBTQIA, other religions equal rights and civil liberties?? HINT: it does not exist….

The key to trying to find out when antizionism has moved into antisemitism is to identify the 3 D’s. Demonize(Israel and its ppl are uniquely and purely evil, worse than Nazis) Delegitimize (exactly what Emma did saying Palestinians are the real victims of the holocaust) and Double Standard (any action taken against Israel no matter how heinous is justified but no action Israel takes regardless of what it is, is every justifiable.

Antizionist rhetoric is the same rhetoric that the Soviets used to Ethnically cleanse and slaughter tens of thousands of Jews in the 60s and 70s. The KGB were the ones who started Antizionism as a hate movement and it worked and somehow it's working again. I'm so tired. No it's not the same as Antisemitism which was coined by the Germans but here's where they are similar they are both based on lies and conspiracies that tells society that Jews are actively destroying whatever the culture (at that time) values the most. It's why antisemitism worked in the 20s-40s, it's why Antizionism worked in Soviet Russia and it's why it's working in the West now. Not one Israeli or Jew cares if you criticize Israel provided you do so accurately and with good intentions of solving problems, not just vilifying Israelis or Jews. After 3 years of explaining the same thing over and over every day, I'm just so tired. There's no way the 16M of us can fix the damage that's been done by the West after only a few short years.
