The answer is simple, many of the developers use Engineers to design instead of using educated professionals. Because many of them think Architects are expensive and they want to cut costs and forget about safety and the endusers. the Registered Architects are the ones qualified to design.

Wano oli ku standard chartered speak road. I supervised safety and screeding upto tiling works and even made sure those anchor points were extended since they were short. From where you are upto the water tanks

At my work place there is a ring that circles the top of the building all along i thought it was a design not until i saw glass cleaners using it to rail on their suspensions while cleaning. It was really a good plan by the architecture.
