I grew up having an ED and still am unlearning what was taught to me about me + re-loving myself. 💖 thank you for being vulnerable and sharing this! It’s unfortunate that most of us women/girls do struggle with an ED and it’s such a mental and emotional battle. Love you girl 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Hey girl I have asked you about thyroid meds in the past because you’re one of the only people I follow that’s young and on Levothyroxine. I had a full thyroidectomy and started on it a year ago started me on 137mcg and I’m down to 88mcg. My tsh has remained 0.01 because with every dose change. I’m curious if your dose. If you’ve had to change it a lot and if your levels are normal now? You look great. I have a very similar story to you with the hypothyroidism. I gained 35 pounds after breast feeding as well. You look so good and I’m sorry you’ve also dealt with this. Hugs 🩵
