八仙樂園位於新北市八里區，佔地九公頃，目前也是東南亞最大的水上樂園，除了佔地面積最大外，也是國內擁有最多設施及滑水道的水上樂園，同時也集合各項最刺激的滑道，這裡擁有造價一流，驚險刺激的遊樂設備，如果您不曾體驗何謂膽戰心驚、心跳一百的感受，八仙水上樂園絕對能讓您一路上驚嚇不停，值回票價。 1986年 士林紙業與萬海海運的負責人陳朝傳與八里前代表會主席楊秀雄共同創辦了八仙樂園 1989年7月8日 八仙樂園正式開幕 2001年3月31日 八仙樂園正式改名為八仙海岸 2007年 詩泊溫旅飯店與大唐溫泉物語加入營運 2015年6月27日 「玩色創意國際有限公司」與「瑞博國際整合行銷有限公司」所舉辦的「Color Play Asia—彩色派對」活動中，疑似因以玉米澱粉及食用色素所制作之色粉引發粉塵燃燒且導致火災事故。此次事故共造成15死484傷。八仙樂園也因為此事故被新北市政府勒令無限期停止營業。 2017年3月1日 八仙樂園遭交通部觀光局裁罰並勒令全部園區立即停業，八仙不服提起行政訴訟。台北高等行政法院判決撤銷「停止營業」的處分，不過迄今仍未實現復業。 派對負責人依業務過失致死罪嫌起訴呂忠吉1人，由最高法院依業務過失致死罪，判決呂忠吉有期徒刑5年，併科罰金9萬元定讞，呂忠吉已入獄服刑而近日也將出獄，日前在宜蘭監獄發出公開信要求新北市長侯友宜公開道歉，否則出獄後將如影隨形。 目前八仙樂園復業仍遙遙無期，也沒有提出復業申請，樂園周圍店家更是被迫倒閉，夏日蓬勃商機瞬間歸零，少了人潮進出八里，也減少當地許多工作機會，這樣的結果，看來全民皆輸。 希望能以八仙樂園塵爆悲劇的慘痛教訓做為借鏡，各地方政府能針對各大型活動場所的公安設施、消防安全等進行嚴格查察，以免讓憾事再度發生。 📷2026.08.29 #abandoned #taiwan #discarded_butnot_forgotten #lostplaces #forgottenplaces
