Made this around incentive mapping & the the idea of loss aversion in psychology. People usually choose to avoid loss rather than for winning. I feel like this gives a pretty good idea of it, but If you like this stuff I’d check out Influence by Robert Cialdini & Poor Charlie’s Almanack by Charlie Munger. Both r great

Another thing is to stop caring about useless details. For example, you were watching a video of a teacher teaching, but one of his students hair is strange. It’s rainbow, don’t just suddenly shift all your attention into his hair and think “Why is his hair like that?” which is a useless detail, keep your attention on what actually matters.
