@rabbiitholeresearch: 🐇🕳️ Let’s talk Thymosin Alpha 1 (TA1)… because this one is REALLY interesting. TA1 is basically an immune system regulator. And here’s the important part: it doesn’t just “boost” your immune system. Think of it more like helping the immune system communicate and regulate itself better. That’s especially interesting when you start looking at autoimmune disease, because the problem isn’t necessarily a weak immune system. It’s an immune system that can get confused and attack things it shouldn’t. TA1 has been studied for its effects on T cells, inflammation and immune regulation, which is why researchers are looking at it in autoimmune and other immune related conditions. And this isn’t just brand new peptide hype. There’s published research going back YEARS. 📚 A 2016 review specifically looked at immune modulation with Thymosin Alpha 1, and a 2024 review looked at 30+ clinical trials involving more than 11,000 people. Does that mean TA1 is a proven treatment for autoimmune disease? Nope. Does it mean there’s enough interesting research here to send us further down the rabbit hole? Absolutely. 😂🐇🕳️ #ThymosinAlpha1 #TA1 #PeptideResearch #ImmuneHealth #AutoimmuneResearch

Do you take any immune suppressants? I take them for Crohn’s and am being prescribed them for MS. I wonder if I can still take TA 1.

Great info! Super interesting BUT, if you have an autoimmune disease please do your own research and remember, what works for you may not work for someone else. AND if you are on a biologic we do not have any evidence that it will not work against that drug. I think TA-1 is a great peptide. Zepbound (Tirzepatide peptide) along along with my biologic got me the best relief I have had in 10 years. It’s too long to go into in a comment but if I get enough interest I will do a video on the topic of TA-1, autoimmune, and biologics.

I’ve tried 2 bottles and both gelled. 1st I used bac only, 2nd one used 3/4 bac 1/4 AA. Still gelled. I think I’m going to try bac only and keep at room temp next time.
