@frizzloraa: I know this is not my usual type of videos but this is an very important topic. September is national suicide prevention month, it’s a month to remember all the beautiful souls we have lost to it, and to support their families and loved ones. As mentioned in the video, around 720.000 people globally take their live every year. Around 50.000 of those are Teenagers of the age 15-19, but as you can see in the video so so many of those 720.000 are also under the age of 15 and aren’t even a teenager yet. So please let this be a sign to check on your loved ones and the people around you, no matter what age. Millions of people struggle with their mental health and hide their struggles from the people around them. Please don’t do that, don’t suffer in silence and hope for it to get better, cause it won’t, and I can tell you that from personal experience. Tell someone how you’re doing or that you’re not doing well, I can guarantee you that most of the people will be there for you and listen to you. And if that’s not the case for you, please text me, even if we don’t know each other I will be there for you no matter what. And if you don’t want to text a stranger like me which is totally understandable, please call your national suicide hotline. Those hotlines are anonymous and are just there to help you. You are so loved and your life matters so much. Maybe you don’t think you have reasons to stay anymore, but imagine your parents finding you, imagine your friends finding out that your not there anymore, imagine your Teammates finding out or imagine that your pet that just wanted to get petted by you and feel your love again has to find out you’re gone. Please hold on and let people know your not doing well. Your life matters, I love you even if we don’t know each other.
