Ingredients: 1 can Campbell’s® NEW Creamy Lemon Garlic Sauce 1¼ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp olive oil ½ cup water Salt and black pepper Mashed potatoes or cooked rice Optional Additions: 1 shallot, finely diced 2–3 garlic cloves, minced Fresh chives, chopped Lemon slices Directions: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken on both sides until browned, then remove from the skillet. (Optional) Sauté the shallot and garlic until fragrant. Add Campbell’s® NEW Creamy Lemon Garlic Sauce and ½ cup water to the skillet, stirring to combine. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5–8 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. Garnish with fresh chives and lemon slices, if desired.
