Bring everything into CapCut and cut the clips together. Use Remove Background to combine the moment where the object is in the air with your hand movement, then grab screenshots of the two frames you want to transition between. Now use those screenshots as your start and end frames in AI Video, select Seedance 2.5, paste in the prompt, and generate.
