I personally REALLY like Hendrix or the Botanist for dirty martinis. So, bruised is like a thin shared layer… skating is a thicker layer that makes it look like ice on water type vibe. Btw, I’m a bartender… and I order my dirty martinis filthy and skating… also with blue cheese olives if they have them.
