Scrub the whole lemons thoroughly with some kosher salt and a little water, then rinse with cold water. Dry them completely with a towel. 2. Slice them into thin rounds. 3. Use a paper towel to pat the lemon slices dry and remove excess juice. This helps reduce ice buildup and the possibility of freezer burn later. 4. Place the lemon slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure they aren’t touching each other. 5. Freeze for a few hours, until completely frozen. 6.
