Perhaps there should be a law that says a house is value cannot exceed more than twice what it cost to build. That way we prevent crazy stuff like the housing market from even occurring.

People told me a house is an appreciating asset. Working in the trades, electrician, plumbing being a handyman and rehabbing houses growing up with my dad. All houses know how to do is fall apart from the wood to the wiring to the plumbing to the roof everything.
