Stop this personal attack. Speak to the issue he raised. People like you and the leadership of other teacher unions are the reasons teachers are suffering in Ghana. I am ADII but my take home is NOT even up to 6k with 15yrs of teaching experience.

Am a teacher and my concern is the mutual fund contributions,why will I have money with the fund and when l need money l will have to borrow it from the fund and pay with interest, whiles my contribution wait until retirement, teachers need the money to develop them whiles in active service,teachers should have partial wedrawal of their contribution and not to give teachers loans to pay with interest, that policy of waiting for your contribution during retirement is not helping teachers, most teachers need their contributions to do other profitable things in life before retirement
