Scrolled through my pictures last night and saw my uncle, started thinking back on when i was a kid and how some of my best laughs were because of him. My biggest smiles and my love for Avatar were because of him and now he’s gone. Its been about a month and all i can think is that he deserved better in the end. I wish i could have changed his life for the better so he could have had more peace.

i remember when i told her it would be my biggest fear if i‘d lose her the same age she lost her mother. she just told me not to worry about that. she lost her mother with 16, i was 15. it’s been 8 years now since and i have a feeling the grief became stronger
