Stayed here last summer for 12 nights. The sun bed wars were crazy, the reception staff were rude, the girls in the food hall were miserable, this video makes the place look quite impressive, it really isn’t. The most expensive holiday we have ever had but that was based on our room choice which was a suite at the front of the ship. The drinks weren’t branded either. Never again for us.

I’m here just now it’s bang average at best , rooms are shit, can’t get a sunbed . Not that much to do , the strip outside where all the shops are is literally horrendous. We did hotel fay bay the other year and it was 10000x better and nicer .
