Please know that this video is the most helpful thing I have ever watched regarding pumping. My baby is in the NICU as a 35 week preemie and I am so unprepared to provide him milk. I’m only 4 days post partum but my body is producing and I’m just hand expressing which is beyond draining. This made me feel so much more confident in using the spectra I just got. Thank you so so much.
