@Christine Bayes: I survived my kitchen remodel purely from my air fryer and rice cooker all in my bedroom lol. And I work from home. It was messy and loud af. We had two cats during that time. Both ran away cuz the guys left the back door open 😭. One cat came back 49 days later 😳. The other one never found her way home tho. Just lock them in a bedroom 24/7. Never let them out at night cuz the guys start work sooo early and the cats will bolt.

Cover it in hydrocolloid bandages and keep it moist!! It will heal soooo much better and fast. I had a gnarly spot like that and it was insane how quick it healed with these bandages.

Omg thats a gnarly accident. I had the same on my e skateboard but supermanned with no shirt on caught both forearms chest and both legs and chin w stitches.

Set up a temporary kitchen in your dining room. Microwave, air fryer, mini frig, etc. tarp off as much off the kitchen area to the rest of your home as possible, to not only keep the cats out of there but to help keep the construction dust contained. While you are working stuff a blanket under your office door to help keep noise out. You could even put blankets on each side of the door as sound proofing. Good luck and just think of the end result! 🫶

I would maybe lock your cats in a room or area they can’t get out of with litter & then work out if the house as much as you can! Coffee shops, etc
