She’s anxious and losing weight, and she needs a committed adopter or foster by Tuesday, September 1st EOD to get out safely. 💔 Bella is a 5-year-old, 59-lb girl who was surrendered after her family of five years experienced housing issues. They described her as shy with new people but relaxed around children. She loves fetch, watching TV, peanut butter, and being close to her people. 🥺💕 Despite being overwhelmed in the shelter, Bella has shown volunteers that she is friendly, treat-motivated, knows commands, enjoys affection, and has a playful side. She also appears to be very house-trained and will whine when she needs to go outside! 🐶 Bella has also participated in several dog playgroups and was described as “gentle/dainty, tolerant, low energy, mingles, gives appropriate greetings.” Slow, monitored introductions are recommended in a new home.
