Same thing happened to me. Some days I’m like crawling around on the floor bc standing I’ll collapse but during the test showed crap- but years ago I had one and it was positive. I’d go by blood pressure and symptoms

There are a lot of people who can go into a remission period. You may just have situations where you have a flare and you could be taking very good care of your nervous system. Maybe you’re hydrating well that could be part of your remission.
