Thank you for this - I've been trying to muster the courage to stop drinking, but it's been really hard. My husband is active duty Army, he's one of my best friends and the love of my life, but I'm having to live in cities where I don't know anyone, I'm alone 90% of the time, I have pretty severe social anxiety, I'm in a full-time engineering degree program so LOTS of stress, and the only coping mechanism or social lubricant I feel like I have is alcohol. I'm not there yet, but I know I need to find another outlet for all of this...

The scarlet era was truly something different and I enjoyed it down to the lyricism. i loved shutcho a lot along with go off. Many people called you demonic because of the imagery and didn’t even bother to listen/read what you were saying. I’m grateful you’re getting better since alcoholism is so hard to overcome especially when you’re already in a tough situation. Just know that you have real people here to support whatever you choose to do.
