I saw someone had left bags outside a charity shop when it was closed. Still there hours later so I grabbed it and took it back the next day.

I took some bags to the charity bins at my local tip. All of the charity bins were full, despite there being several. I asked the man working there what to do, and he said if you leave them beside the bin they chuck them so best take them away, which I did. Maybe bigger signs bedside these bins. Idk, the real problem stems from over consumption.
