Do you have any advice for going into healthcare with back issues? I have 2 bulging disc and 2 herniated disc. I started sonography school a few weeks ago. I am terrified every day of a flare up! (Was in severe pain April, May and June) so for about 90 days straight completely MISERABLE. now it’s manageable but like I said everyday I’m scared. I don’t know how to heal it but I don’t want surgery. The steroid injections didn’t work. And when I do the stretches I’m in a lot more pain.

I had to throw away my work chair because it molded over the summer break. school hasn't bought me a chair yet so using a hard plastic chair. I will get this!!!!!
