🎀Salem&Venom☠️ :
It definitely blows my mind that people think that bulldogs are not smart. My bulldogs are the smartest dogs I’ve ever owned, and my smaller bulldog can outrun all the dogs that she plays with. They all have way longer legs than her and they’re double her size. And she’s overweight.

As a new bully owner, I was not prepared for how smart but completely unwilling mine is. Her way or the highway.

I’m on my second and both have been utter head cases. Never been so ruled and so judged by a dog.

They truly will bully all damn day until you do what they want. It’s starting to feel like a self hating ritual on my part.

Astro Lad :
I've been thinking of getting one as a playmate for my lab/rot/pit mix. she's an absolute psychopath and needs someone durable that can't be pushed over (figuratively and literally) to play with. she loves running away and then back to dogs so I figure it would even out with the bull not running as much.

They can run but they do struggle stopping. Mine used to use walls, doors or me to stop 🤣🤣

I've been working on "stay" with mine lately. Not her best command by a mile, especially now that she's realized if I walk away far enough while getting her to hold still, that she can reach the treat faster than I can stop her 😂
