Fırınsız Pofuduk Kavanoz Keki | No-Bake Sponge Jar Cake 🧁 English ⬇️ Daha önce de paylaşmıştım, ben yapmalara doyamıyorum bu keki 🫠 Çocukların beslenme çantasına da atarsınız, birlikte de çalkalarsınız, inanılmaz keyifli oluyor. Her bir kavanoz için malzemeler • 1 adet yumurta • 3 tepeleme yemek kaşığı şeker • 2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ • 2 yemek kaşığı süt veya su • 3 tepeleme yemek kaşığı un • 1 çay kaşığı vanilya • 1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu • 1 tatlı kaşığı kakao • 1 tatlı kaşığı damla çikolata veya fındık Yapılışı 1. Kavanozların içine tüm malzemeleri koyun. 2. Çalkalayarak kek harcını hazırlayın. Bu aşamada çırpıcının tekini takıp hızlıca hazırlayabilirsiniz. Önemli olan iyice karışması. 3. Kavanozların kapaklarını kapatmadan tencereye dizerseniz benimki gibi kabarık olur, kapatıp dizerseniz browni gibi oluyor tercih sizin. Ben kapatmadan dizdim. 4. Kavanozların yarısına gelecek kadar kaynar su ekleyin. 5. Orta kısık ateşte 15-20 dakika pişirin. Eğer kapağını kapatmadan pişirecekseniz tencerenin kapağına havlu sarıp öyle kapatın, keke buhar damlamasın sünger gibi olsun. Not: Kapağını hiç açmaz veya sıcakken hemen kapatırsanız konserve kekiniz hazır 🥰 şahane oluyor şahane. Ben üstüne bazen ganaj da döküyorum. Afiyet olsun 😋 ⬇️ English * I’ve shared this before, and I still can’t get enough of making this cake 🫠 You can pop it into your kids’ lunchboxes, or shake it together with them. İt’s so much fun Ingredients for each jar • 1 egg • 3 heaping tablespoons sugar • 2 tablespoons oil • 2 tablespoons milk or water • 3 heaping tablespoons flour • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon cocoa • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips or chopped hazelnuts Instructions 1. Add all the ingredients directly into the jars. 2. Shake well to mix the batter. You can also use a single whisk attachment to mix quickly. The important thing is to combine everything thoroughly. 3. If you place the jars in the pot without closing the lids, they rise nice and fluffy like mine. If you close the lids, they turn out more like brownies. Your choice. I left the lids open. 4. Pour hot water into the pot until it reaches about halfway up the jars. 5. Cook on medium-low heat for 15–20 minutes. If you’re cooking with the lids open, wrap a cloth around the pot lid before covering to prevent steam from dripping in — this makes the cake super spongy. Note: If you don’t open the lids at all or close them while the cake is still hot, congratulations — you’ve made jar-preserved cake! 🥰 It turns out amazing. I sometimes pour ganache on top too.
