@radioamy: It takes an incredible amount of courage to be the only one in a room who says, "This isn't okay." The person labeled as the issue is usually just the one carrying the weight for everyone else. Breaking those unspoken rules isn't causing damage—it's pointing out where the healing needs to happen. What's your perspective on this? Is the scapegoat dynamic something you've encountered before? #ProblemChild #FamilyRole #scapegoatchild #Family #FamilyDynamics #EmotionalHealing
as the black sheep of my family and even more so I didn't allow myself to do anything to numb myself (although I likely should have ended up there).... your kinda right....
at 38 mentally I'm not ok...I've been put thru a lot in these years am I the healthiest physically.... yes.... however some mental things stay stick and carry with you even in your physical well being....believe it or not most all mental issues you have been thru in your life whatever trauma it was if it was in mass trauma a lot of trauma it effects you for years and years in your physical well-being as well

I don't follow rules. Of course ya there are traffic laws or things that are wrong and send a person to jail. Of course I follow those. Abuse is wrong. Everything else is an opinion or a principle that someone made a rule. I'll pass on those.
