@evidenceandespresso: EDIT: people are accusing me of spreading misinformation because they’re confusing two completely different things. Lindsay Clancy did not stipulate to the murders. I do not say or imply that in this video and doplenty of other videos on that precise issue. Though she offered to to stipulate to act of the killings, the Commonwealth objected, and the court ruled against her. What I say here is that the parties stipulated to the presence of Lindsay’s DNA. That is a completely separate evidentiary stipulation. You can disagree with my analysis. But please don’t accuse me of misinformation by responding to something I never actually said. Read the evidence. Listen to the actual words being used. Those details matter. This is the exact conversation we shouldn’t need to have, too. We need to be talking about the mental health crisis that this case speaks to and how to ensure this type of crime doesn’t happen again. #lindsayclancy #lindsayclancytrial #lindsayclancyverdict #fyp
To those say the evidence doesn’t show she killed her kids are missing the point of this trial. This trial is meant to discuss her mental state during the act, both parties have agreed that she did in fact killed her children and to have a trial about if she did or didn’t do would be a waste of time. If the trial would be about the guilt of the crime different evidence would have been presented.

I think she either A) Truly believes she did this. Or B) Knows or suspected she didn’t do this but has her reasons for agreeing to this stipulations. I’ve been there and people agree to stipulations like those sometimes not because they are true but for other reasons. (Like to further the cause of women’s postpartum mental health, etc.) Also if she plans to sue anyone for her mental health not being handled correctly there would be certain things she can’t do or say in her trial. But again, just my two cents because the evidence isn’t showing it was been possible that she did it. 😳

I hope when all of this is done Lindsey speaks up and squashes the rumors about Patrick bc his life is getting ruined all over again.

People are being incredibly inhumane by running with these conspiracy theories. The kids need justice. Lindsay needs treatment. Patrick needs to be left alone. And we need to have honest conversations to prevent this from happening again.

How did she get down to 82 degrees in 25-35 mins? Why wouldn’t he go over to the window first if it’s weird for it to be open in January? How did he even know crushed up pills were in the cup if he only took two steps into the room, then went outside, then to the basement? - and how did he know it was lemonade and not juice or water or wine when there was rarely lemonade in the house? Why was the hose (right next to where her bed was laying) hooked up outside in Massachusetts in January? Why was she soaking wet head to toe, drenched outside? Those are just the most minute details. Lindsay’s opinion is still just an opinion by an unreliable narrator who was basically roofied and most like unconscious and doesn’t remember anything. She said she slit the window (she didn’t), she said the kids were still safe and alive (they weren’t) How is taking someone’s opinion who was basically tranquilized more valid than the actual facts, evidence, and science? Truth and facts is not opinions and “Patrick said ABC”

Right! This trial isn’t about guilt or not guilty so they don’t have to show all the “proof” in this trial because it’s not that kind of trial!!!!! People think they know what they’re talking about

They are required to prove it to the jury. They are not required to prove it to Tiktok. The fact that they think her lawyer wouldn't have gone after 3rd party defense if there was evidence is insane

No the stipulations all had to do with chain of command. None had to do with guilt. The judge clearly stated that the prosecution has the burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. They wouldn’t waste tax dollars if she plead guilty.

Thank you! I’ve been trying to tell people that despite watching the trial they still don’t have all the info and can’t concede the fact she’s admitted to doing this.

I’m so sad with the way we as women handled this case . This could have been a good way for us to talk about women’s mental health but here we are again…. We took a case about women’s health and made it all about a man. You type in post partum psychosis and the first thing you see is Patrick . It’s sad . I fear we won’t ever escape the patriarchy if you all are this male centred

I live in Massachusetts, and have been watching the case. My only question is why aren’t BOTH parents responsible to keep their children safe? She was absolutely sick, so doesn’t that put more responsibility on him? The outcome won’t change, and no sentence the state gives her is worse than her having to live with the truth. So sad on all levels.

not trolling - it's just tragic to see how this has all unfolded. Failed by the medical system, failed by the police, potentially.

Then explain why the judge, in his instructions, stated that the commonwealth had to prove beyond reasonable doubt that she did it or they had to return a not guilty verdict?

K9_Wally :
Even if she did stipulate to it though, she's still entitled to have a neutral and fair investigation. They didn't seem to rule out any other possibility except investigate the version of events they were told had happened. That's an injustice to the children who deserve to be heard, fairly.
