I wish people wouldn’t judge me as FTM for being so “anal” and vigilant with everything. Like I can see people roll their eyes when I say he can’t sleep there or he can’t be playing with that. But we do what’s best for our babies and I’m amazed with all the work you do! Thank you!!!

Infant teacher here- Since hearing your story I have completely stopped recommending amber teething necklaces and on the rare occasion the parents put them on their child I immediately take them off and tell the parents why they are unsafe. My heart goes out to you for your tragic loss and thank you for using your time and effort to help educated the rest of us 🤍

Im about to be a first time mom in jan and im both excited and terrified idk what im doing and i honestly feel way to young for this im only 20 idk what i should and shouldn’t be putting on my registry and im honestly unsure if imma get everything i need considering most my family has cut me off for staying with my man after he told them off for the way they were treating me i have like 2 friends and there struggling as is and hes not exactly on the best of terms with his family so its just us trying to get buy with his paycheck bc i got fired from my job during the first trimester and haven’t really wanted to try for another job especially bc i dont really trust anyone with my baby once i do give birth i feel very uninformed and i just dont know what im doing

For a first time mom what products do you recommend if I need to shower or if I’m cooking where can I just set my newborn? I feel like I’ve looked at everything but I just don’t know what is safest and also easy to move around the house. Right now I have the baby delight bassinet but it doesn’t fit though doorways/its hard to lug up and down my narrow stairs 😅
