I am in agreement. I traveled from New Mexico to Michigan with a long layover and a 2 hour ride to my friends house after landing. Upon arrival, I was told that a run to the store was necessary… nothing in the fridge. I asked to go along despite being exhausted and frustrated. Because I so needed to be sure that a bottle of vodka and a couple of bottles of wine would be in that refrigerator I wouldn’t be rude to the hosts. I couldn’t believe it. I was raised like Sebastian, when you have company you make sure you have everything they might need at the house with options / choices. I traveled a long way, considering the expense of the ticket, the trials and tribulations of flying I was was anticipating a better welcoming.
