Socrates once said that a person who cannot define themselves is consumed by ignorance. "The unexamined life is not worth living" is the quote also well known from this outcome. Socrates's ignorance was considered to him the only Evil of humanity. It included being extremely easy to control by your emotions and desires. Acting more like a beast than a man. It's performative because of that ignorance. They wish to not define what they actually value as "basic human rights" which any basic amount of philosophical knowledge will tell you that "your opinion is not entitled to be inherently correct" is also something that would apply to that claim.

a lot of people these days can't handle discourse, both sides. everyone thinks they're morally correct, tell me Republicans or MAGAs dont think they know better, you cant. we have a severe lack of conversation and its what the elite want, they want us to be at eachothers throats. if you think any one party is completely correct then you are doing exactly what they want from you. its tit for tat on both sides. the left supports women's right to choose, and the right wont even discuss it, they just insult. the right gets asked about ICE killing people in their custody or going after US citizens and the right ignores is and doesnt want to discuss it. Kyle Rittenhouse had a gun the same way Alex Pretti did. The left is taking AIPAC money the same as the right does, were all angry at eachother and solutions will be impossible if we cant talk anymore.
