@michelletaylor887: 🎃🍂 PUMPKIN BARS 🍂🎃 If fall had a dessert and you only had 10 minutes to throw it together… THIS would be it. 😂 Warm, gooey, pumpkin-y and absolutely meant to be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍨 INGREDIENTS 🍰 Cake Layer • 1 stick butter, melted • 1 egg • 1 box vanilla or spice cake mix 🎃 Pumpkin Layer • 1 can pumpkin (about 3 cups) • Powdered sugar, to taste • 1 stick butter, softened • 3 eggs • 2 tsp pumpkin spice • 1 block cream cheese, softened DIRECTIONS 1️⃣ Mix together the melted butter, 1 egg and cake mix until combined. 2️⃣ Press the mixture into a sprayed 9x13 baking pan. 3️⃣ In another bowl, mix the pumpkin, powdered sugar, softened butter, eggs, pumpkin spice and cream cheese until smooth and well combined. 4️⃣ Pour the pumpkin mixture over the cake layer. 5️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes. 6️⃣ Let it cool, then serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍨 And yes… I fully support eating the leftovers for breakfast.
