There is no "downtown" London. You could say Central (London) assuming that is what you meant. City Airport travellers are most probably are going to Canary Wharf now (which is *not* in Central), and some into City (of London, which is different from "London") …and you've been called out in other comments Luton is pronounced "Loo-tun", not Lutton.

Luton is 30 miles outside London. It maybe called London Luton airport, but believe me. It can take over an hour to drive to London from Luton.
