trying to get my oversplits back and grabbed a stack of the blue mats to test my flexibility. the gym was mostly empty so i figured it was a safe time to torture my hamstrings in peace. slid my heel up on the top block and sank into the stretch. it was all going smoothly until i hit the floor and my leg instantly regretted it. threw my head back and just had to laugh at my own dramatic reaction. going to sit here on the spring floor for a few more minutes before i try the other side. stretching is truly a humbling experience.
