He's extraordinarily strong, fast, durable, experienced, and willing to kill immediately. But Superman's upper-end feats are on another level. The big caveat is which Superman. If you mean something like live-action Superman, particularly the DCEU version, the fight is much more interesting. Omni-Man could potentially give him a very serious fight. If you mean comic Superman at his peak, though? Superman takes it.
