The crushed up medication matters because “Patrick said” that she crushed up pills, put them in lemonade, and took them that way. Testing the residue and contents of the cup would have verified his account of events. It’s the fact that they did not investigate anything he said to prove or disprove it. The lack of investigation around his account of the night is what is causing suspicion surrounding Patrick. If he sues anyone, it should be the investigators and state police for not doing their jobs to ACTUALLY clear him so the general public had nothing speculate on. Also: Redington thinks that the cup should have been tested and spoke quite extensively on the fact that they did not and he has a defense attorney. I am curious how this man agreeing with him means he’s not an attorney?

Lindsay's DNA is not what would be in the cup/ or what they allegedly didn't test for. Patrick said that there was residue of crushed up medication in that cup. The police took a photo, but never tested which medications were in that cup, if at all. The only person that stated there was medication in that cup was Patrick- Other than that, there's no evidence- and why did Patrick state that if he didn't know it was crushed medication since there isn't residue on the nightstand, or proof that Lindsay crushed her medication.

I dnt understand were this all started. Ive watched the trial in Scotland. PC testimony showed me a man who fought against losing it when describing his kids. He stuck up for LC at times. Her demeanour when he entered the court was heartbreaking . He is the one person she will have wanted by her side throughout all of this. Their love never ended. I have no doubt he prob wishes her well and wants her to be helped. Not locked up for life. I wonder what she thinks when people are cheering her arrival at court. The very people who think they are advocating for LC...well LC prob despises them.
