It’s simple. Russia invaded Ukraine, it had no need to. They are not nor have they ever been scared of NATO, it’s a great excuse. If Ukraine goes it’s not wild to think Russia would look to Poland possibly. Saying it’s madness in the world of power hungry leaders does not mean it’s not probable or that it’s not worth protecting against.
