Ethanol–water mixtures should be the best for this. Note sulphating dye is polar and azo dye is non polar. Mixture of ethanol-water will give the best result

my father retired from Nifor in 2009, can't believe the head office is this improved infrastructure wise, i always hoped they had researchers like yourself that wants to make a difference unlike the laid back culture existing in the Omoti's leadership back then
