Kwa nini asirudie ile model ya kitambo time ya Uhuru where ukipata C+ govt ikulipie atleast 80% then hio nyengine unacover na HELB.I did my indergraduate na self sponsorship and i was paying 64k per sem na nikapata HELB on top.Saa hii for the same course watu wananlipa 125k per semester

I keep saying the issue is not funding but the high fees. this govt increased university fees in 2023 a course like engineering is 340k per annum law is 280k per annum. if it was affordable like before many would be able to afford. kaongo created this problem
