it's reassuring to hear more benefits might still be coming. I've had mine for almost 6 months and I use it religiously. my physical symptoms have resolved but I'm still so tired all the time.

Have had mine for a month. Biggest problem was the struggle to fall asleep (a problem long before the machine). Doctor suggested magnesium. Now I have no problem falling asleep and keep the mask on most nights. Pretty happy with it so far!

After 4½ months struggling with leaks, ill mask fittings, fighting with tubing, nasal congestion, sore tongue, wind burnt lips and absolutely zero sleep.. I've managed 3 nights since last weekend of actual sleep.. where I've had just over 4hrs in one go.. last night being the best and no events!! I cried the first time because it's been the first time in maybe 30 years I've had more than 2 hrs sleep in one go 💕

I immediately felt the benefits because I was dying in my sleep every night. 27disturbances an hour. I stopped breathing every other min essentially.

I have been using since Aug 1, diagnosed moderate sleep apnea. I use the touch airfit n30i mask. Only thing I find is it rides up in the back. I have long thin hair but don’t wear up to bed it’s left down. Any suggestions on how to keep it put. I sleep on my side mostly but will lay on back down it doesn’t slide. I think the frame fits fine it’s just the back and I’ve adjusted the straps many times.

Im still quite new to it, I've got a few barriers to overcome but still the moment my issue is that as soon as the mask goes on, I am hyper aware of my breathing and that stops me from falling asleep

I have the same one as you, but I find it digs into my face and when I lose it a bit, it isn't air tight. I have started to use barrier cream but it's not helping. any helpful ideas I can use?

Most important thing I ever read about CPAP use right there. It takes a long time to reverse the damage of long term OSA, 18 months in my case. And my blood work confirmed it. Everyone, please stick at it, the difference is transformational.
