I find solace in knowing that it’s never just me going through these things and most times what you feel and the truth will clash. But we have to settle in the truth (His word) over what we feel. But some practical ways is ..putting yourself in the environments that don’t allow you to sit in what you feel. Community, safe spaces, etc..

I’ve literally been feeling like this for most of the year. I feel like it’s a mix of my own thoughts of feeling scared to walk into my purpose, not having genuine friendships, and also just because of how crazy, fake, and evil the world feels to me. It’s just a mix of negativity 😩 I also make content but I basically went on a break for a year…now I’m slowly getting back into it - but I’m trying to find the motivation to be more consistent
