I’m a pharmacy technician and I just gotta say this is such an amazingly positive approach to medication. There is still such a stigma around taking meds and it sucks. I love seeing people being so open about it. Also, a probiotic and an iron supplement are a perfect pair since iron can also constipate you!! Love to see it!

This may not be for you, but you should speak to your pharmacy about putting your meds in daily blister packs for you. It keeps things so organized and I know I don't forget anything. I get one blister pack per week, and receive 4 at a time. It makes things especially handy if you take meds at different times of day, as there are 4 separate sections for different times of day. They put my prescription meds and supplements in the blister packs, so it's a really handy service.

Since you’re being so vulnerable here’s mine: 8mg 5x/day dilau*id, 10mg add*rall 2x/day, 4mg Tizan*dine 2x/day, 50mg amitr*ptaline 1x/day, 40mg omepr*zole, 5mg val*um 3x/day PRN, carafate PRN, 4mg ondansa*tron PRN, 10mg prednisone up to 4x/day PRN. I without a doubt need something to make me 💩 because I’m lucky if I go once every 2 weeks.

Just be careful when mixing supplements with prescription medications as some supplements can affect the absorption and/or how your body processes some prescription medication some can also have adverse effects too, so definitely recommend to research or check with your doctor before adding anything else or even the ones you’re currently taking. 🤍
