i do a wrist warmup before, wear a wrist brace, and use dumbbells as a planche.

Those squeezy things. They help build up wrist strength so they’re more protected. Helps me so much.

i was having lots of wrist pain in one specific wrist while in plank position and turns out i had a large ganglion cyst that had to be surgically removed! but now that it is it feels much better and as i do more yoga nad pilates my wrists do feel stronger 🙂
