I absolutely love this approach and want to suggest a tactic to add to it. There are hundreds of careers and options you’ve never heard of, and can only stumble into. I’m 60 and going into my 6th career, it’s been a convoluted journey but each step got me to where I am. So the advice is, at every crossroad, when you have two or more choices, choose the one that excites you the most. Not the highest paying (unless that’s vital for survival), not the “sensible” choice, but the one that makes you excited or curious. Whatever ultimately happens with that job, your enthusiasm will lead you to learn skills and knowledge that will combine in unexpected ways and help you down a track you cannot even imagine right now. Girl I am 40 yrs old and in my second semester of school to start my third career haha!! Stay at home mom -> medical assistant for an acupuncturist-> software developer/product manager-> now nursing degree hoping to make it to CRNA school , you can always switch it up!!! Don’t take it too seriously just have fun 🩷

I feel like your skillet would be very valuable in corporate. I would recommend doing it for 3-5 years and leaving before it makes you numb and evil.

It’s so refreshing to listen to someone- who much like me has so many ideas, so many dreams and potentials etc - but also be confident with it. Like yes, you are neurodivergent, like I am too probably, but you have such a healthy amount of confidence!!! Like you really believe in yourself, You’re not talking out of your a**, you just trust your knowledge and potential. So cool! So refreshing to see someone so real on this app

I love this #1 School bus for a year then drive bus on oil pipeline for 2 years and use that to get pilots license . #2 school bus, then pipline bus then get an ambulance and convert it into a camper so I can move back to Portland
