It sounds a little more then IBS my friend has it and I’ve a slight touch of it but it seems to be every meal you eat so it could be a case of changing your whole diet

Serious note have you been tested for things like coeliac disease? IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion I believe so if you haven’t been tested it may be something more serious if it’s affecting you like this? 😔 I was diagnosed 3 years ago coeliac all my symptoms disappeared after I went gluten free x
