Save this Bang Bang Black Bean Burger 💥🍔 recipe for your cookout or bbq!  Makes 6 Burgers Burgers 1/4 cup baby bella mushrooms, diced  2 (15oz) cans black beans 1 teaspoon roughly chopped garlic 3/4 cup rolled oats 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tbsp coconut aminos 1/2 tsp sea salt  1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/4 cup chopped parsley 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Bang Bang Sauce 1/2 cup vegan mayo 1 tbsp chili sauce 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp agave  1/2 tbsp low sodium tamari or soy sauce 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper Toppings pickled onions  lettuce tomato  Burger buns Paired with massaged kale sprinkled with nutritional yeast  1. Add oats to a food processor and gently pulse.  2. Add the mushrooms, beans, garlic, paprika, cumin, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture is combined, not puréed.(If you do not have a food processor, you can use a potato masher or mash by hand, add more oats to thicken or liquid to thin, if needed.) 3. Stir in the parsley, and let sit for 5 minutes. 4. Shape into 6 patties; let them sit for 5 minutes. 5. Put the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crisp on one side, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until the burgers are crisp on the other side, another 5 minutes or so.  6. Add all sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. 7. Top burgers with bang bang sauce and additional toppings. Enjoy!
