@Selina: Girl 🤣 I respect the hustle. It has pigment in so it is in fact makeup. Wipe it off again and show us the pad. Just because it looks more skin like it doesn’t change the fact it’s makeup. Yes it has vitamins/ skincare in the formula (like a lot of makeup does these days), but it is makeup. 😃 read the Amazon reviews before buying guys!
