It sounds like it could be Pelvic Girdle Pain/Symphibis Pubis Dysfunction! There are certain stretches you can do and PVT should help!

I have bad pain like this with my second and I finally started seeing a pelvic floor therapist and she helped me to manage it so I wasn’t just trapped on the couch.

38.5 weeks and experienced EXTREME pain from like 34-38 weeks…. Was walking 10-12k steps a day and getting a lift in daily. Realized (unfortunately) that less movement really made my pain better. Did all of the stretches, etc. to help and talked to a Pelvic Floor PT and she told me I basically had to deal with it. The only thing that’s helped has been less physical activity :( just my personal experience though!

Warm baths with pregnancy safe bath salts became a nightly ritual. They helped me out soooo much. Had a ten pound baby 😅 I knowwww the pain

Omg I had this with August it was brutal 😭😭😭😭 I started wearing a pelvic belt to help lift him and it helped. Mine only got worse but one thing that was a huge difference is I got a lymphatic massage every 2 weeks and then the last month I did every week.

if it gets worse when you stand on one leg its pelvic girdle and there are stretches you can do but mostly rest and supported sleep

I had a bad pain in my ribs in the center and it felt unreal. The OBGYN told me it’s normal and it’s the ligaments relaxing. She warned me I would also get it in my pelvic bone right in the center like you’re explaining. Mine went away after 4-5 days but I also took Tylenol to help.

girl the way she describes that pelvic pain, like your body is just… splitting?? 😭 that’s exactly what it feels like when my endo flares up. i started logging those deep, specific pains in the Endora app, an app where I track my symptoms daily, so I can actually see when they’re most frequent and have something concrete to talk about with my doctor when I’m trying to figure out what helps...💝💝💝

I’m suffering terribly from symphysis pubis dysfunction too (second pregnancy and also very low); the pain is in the pubic bone, which makes any asymmetrical movement extremely painful. I’m seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist, and to be honest, she says the pain often persists until delivery (and sometimes for a few weeks afterwards). I’m using crutches when I go out, and at home, I use a wheeled saddle stool so I still have some freedom of movement... the pain is intense. Please take care of yourself and don't try to push through the pain—it will only prolong your recovery!
